Michael Dolan
Mr. Michael Dolan is founder and president of Dolan Integration Group (DIG) based in Boulder. He is an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist specializing in organic geochemistry. He has 15 years of oil and gas industry experience as a successful oil and gas exploration geochemist at companies including Mobil, ExxonMobil and DIG. He holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MSc in Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines. He is also a member of RMAG and SPE.
Mr. Dolan manages DIG and applies expertise in geology, geochemistry and the maturation of source rocks to the evaluation of unconventional fractured shale oil and gas plays. Ongoing emphasis toward domestic sources of oil and gas is a recognized business focus for DIG. Michael has managed this successful enterprise for five years. Emphasis on customer service and integrity of technical product has helped to make DIG an industry standard for quality and innovation.

Toni Dolan
Toni Dolan, founder and managing partner of Dolan Integration Group, brings twenty years of experience in human resources, and environmental health and safety and business finance to DIG via Tilden & Nugent (Chicago), Westway Holdings (New Orleans) and Sandbak & Co. (Denver). Managing all non-technical business practices of DIG requires a vast bank of knowledge along with an entrepreneurial attitude.
Toni Dolan brings a business philosophy to DIG that allows for organic growth while maintaining the necessary resources to take advantage of all business opportunities presented by the technical staff. The fiscal health of DIG has been maintained through economically uncertain times. Growth through sound business investments and practices is, and always has been, the DIG plan.

Grant Zimbrick
Grant Zimbrick is a staff geologist for Dolan Integration Group. He is an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist with over 30 years as a petroleum geologist for Mobil, ExxonMobil and DIG. He holds a BSc in Geology from Oregon State University and an MS in Geology from the University of Oklahoma.
Grant has worked as an exploration and production geologist in a number of U.S. basins. He also has international experience in the North Sea and West Africa. He has extensive experience in prospect and play risking and assessment. He has been working unconventional play characterization and evaluation for the last several years. His current emphasis is on basin scale regional geology and 3D maturity modeling.
David Thul
David Thul is a petroleum geologist at DIG. He has diverse geologic experience including work in oil and gas, environmental remediation, and geologic research. David holds a BA in Geology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and will finish his MSc in Geology at the Colorado School of Mines in August of 2012.
